A short, honest note on privacy

Privacy Policy

1.Personal information on this site is whatever you send us when you write in — usually just a name and an email, sometimes a phone or shipping address if you're placing an order. We keep it private and we keep it minimal. We never share it with advertising networks, social platforms, analytics services, or data brokers. Internally only people who need to see it to answer your message can access it. We hold inquiry data for about a year and order data for the legal accounting period (six years in most jurisdictions). You're entitled to ask us what we have, get it in a portable format, correct it, or have it deleted; just email and we'll act within thirty days. If you ever have a concern about how we've handled your information, you can also contact your local data protection authority.

2.You're entitled to see, change, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You can also ask us to export it in a portable format (typically a CSV or JSON file), or to restrict how we process it. Send us a note and we will respond within thirty days. We do not charge a fee for this. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.

3.Only functional cookies are used here — the ones a site needs to remember a choice you've actively made: language, currency, log-in state, cart contents. We do not run analytics or advertising scripts on this site. There are no third-party scripts that drop their own tracking cookies. If you want a finer-grained inventory of every cookie this site sets, write to us and we'll send you the full list. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will keep working but you'll have to re-enter preferences on subsequent visits.

4.You can ask at any time what I hold and have it removed — a single email is enough.
